Business Development Center (BDC) Representative
The Business Development Center Representative is responsible for receiving all incoming sales calls, establishing relationships with customers and scheduling appointments for the Sales Associates.
The BDC Representative interacts daily with the BDC Manager, Sales Associates, Sales Managers, support staff and customers.
Responsibilities

Receiving inbound sales phone calls and leads
Identifying the client's needs and scheduling appointments
Placing outbound phone calls to potential leads
Ensuring all clients concerns are addressed prior to appointment date such as cost, warranty questions, appointment duration, etc
Contacting clients prior to appointment date to confirm appointment
Mailing marketing letters to provided leads
Following up post visit to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for delivering and picking up parts, equipment and other dealership necessities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Responsible for maintaining a detailed delivery log and reconciling invoices to ensure that ordered parts were correctly pulled for delivery to the customer. 
Perform other duties as assigned.
Establish the necessary measure to safeguard the assets and interests of the company.
Provide a quality service for the internal and external customers.
Perform their duties with a sense of mutual respect, ethical, collaboration, tolerance and positive attitude toward their peers.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate pickup and deliveries with the Parts Manager and other department staff members.
Supports the service staff by providing a shuttle transportation for customers who are having their vehicles serviced.
Forward all invoices, shipping documents and payments to the appropriate parties after deliveries are completed.
Coordinate routine maintenance and cleaning of the delivery vehicle.
Assist with processing parts inventory.
Gathers product to ship out to customers/vendors or transfer to other locations. Boxes up product and shrink wraps materials, ensures packaging meets shipping requirements
Performs deliveries to customer locations while operating a company vehicle safely and following all state laws
Care and responsiveness while driving and delivering our parts
Ability to work independently while engaging with customers.

LEVEL OF EDUCATION: HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA                                
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Must have a clean and valid driver's license

Automotive Inventory Photographer to support the marketing and inventory process across our dealership group. This role is responsible for photographing new and used vehicles as they arrive, ensuring consistent, high-quality visual representation for online platforms and internal systems. 
Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle Preparation & Staging: Inspect incoming inventory, ensure cars are clean and photo-ready, and move/stage them in designated dealership lots or photo booths.
Shooting: Capture consistent exterior angles (3-quarter views, wheels, head/taillights) and interior shots (dashboard, seats, center console) using a company phone or DSLR camera.
Uploading & Management: Transfer or upload files directly into inventory management systems
Labels & Compliance: Frequently apply window stickers, buyer's guides, or addendums as required by dealership standards
Ensure each vehicle is clean and photo-ready before imaging
Stage vehicles in appropriate backgrounds (or designated photo booths/lots)
Maintain a consistent daily workflow to ensure fast vehicle turnaround
Re-shoot vehicles as needed due to weather, damage, or updates
Communicate with the inventory team to track incoming vehicles and prioritize shoots
Occasionally assist in basic image editing or cropping if necessary


Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Basic photography knowledge preferred (professional camera experience a plus but not required)
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Valid driver's license
Dependable and self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Follow dealership safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt and harsh chemicals
