Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Director to lead our dealership operations at South San Antonio Buick GMC. This role is pivotal in driving sales performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping our dealership's future and ensuring we continue to exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the dealership to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock of vehicles.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve individual and team goals.
• Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention.
• Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to stay competitive.
• Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the automotive industry or dealership environment.
• Strong sales management skills with a track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with customers.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with an aptitude for inventory management.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
